Shipping & Delivery: Orders ship a few days post payment. Tracking arrives after shipment. Expect delivery in 4-10 weeks, though times vary. While we can’t give exact dates, track packages till they reach you. Trust admins on transit updates. Address changes post-order are tough; accuracy is on you. Email concerns pronto.

Payment Methods: You can pay using multiple payment methods like PayPal, AFFIRM, Klarna, Stripe, Link, and AfterPay.

Tracking: Use 17track.net for tracking. Details arrive post customs checks. For jewelry, tracking info pops up nearing delivery. (Please note that tracking is sometimes unavailable. If this is the case, support via email will be able to confirm the order status directly for you.)

Refunds & Returns: All sales are final; no refunds or returns. Read our policies before payment—cancellations post-payment are a no-go. (This applies to all orders. There are absolutely no order returns or refunds.)
